We are offering another educational resource! This one is a methodology for the development of #sustainability #skills during #internships, through #mentoring.

Developed within the framework of the #Erasmus+ GREENDALE project, this methodology aims to strengthen the role of internships in advancing sustainability #competences in higher education. It provides practical guidance for #company #mentors, particularly those in small and medium-sized enterprises (#SMEs), who supervise student interns and wish to contribute to the green transition in realistic and accessible ways.

Rather than requiring structural changes to business models or advanced sustainability expertise, the GREENDALE approach values incremental actions and reflective practices that can be easily integrated into daily work routines. Even modest engagement with sustainability can significantly enhance students’ ability to address the ecological, economic, and social challenges shaping today’s professional landscape.

This guide is designed primarily for company mentors but can also be used by #HigherEducation institutions to prepare and support mentors before and during internships.
